You have saleable items that you would like me to make you an offer for. This agreed price can be deducted from the total cost of removing all waste and unsalable items.
I take all saleable items to auction and register them to be sold and the final cheque to be sent to you, I dispose of all waste and unsalable's and charge for work done and transportation to auction*.
Dispose of all rubbish and recycle what can be reused. This is a straight forward clearance price.
